BOOKING
In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit payable by cheque in sterling, dollars, euro or local currency for the first night's stay. One night bookings require full payment in advance.

CANCELLATION
We require ten days notice of cancellation for the deposit to be refundable. However, this does not apply during August, Rugby Internationals, Hogmanay and other bank holidays where the deposit is non refundable.

PAYMENT
As a small family business, we regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards. Payment at Panda Villa is in pounds or sterling cheque for outstanding amount.

Please confirm estimated time of arrival. Check out is at 10AM

SMOKING REGULATIONS Panda Villa is a non-smoking bed & breakfast. NO SMOKING is allowed on the premise at any time.
